Hence, 120 calories from a banana add fewer calories to your body when compared to a 100 Cal pack.

Does the body digest calories a similar at different times in the day?

It was thought that the years have nothing to do with the way our own bodies digests calories so because of this you can get your meals at any time in the day without needing to worry.
